Sky Angel is honored to partner with The Stars Foundation to bring awareness to the plight of orphans and displaced children through World Orphans Day this November 9th. The pandemic of homeless and orphaned children is growing, leaving 145 million children displaced globally. A new effort is underway to create a better and more secure environment for orphans worldwide.

The annual project also has the support of Ambassadors of Goodwill including Clifton Davis, Stella Parton and Buddy Jewell. Each will use their talents to raise awareness of World Orphans Day and support fundraising efforts through The Stars Foundation.

World Orphans Day will be celebrated through a variety of grassroots efforts led by students, churches and businesses that include prayer walks, concerts, and prayer balloon lifts. One such event is a Proclamation Ceremony and Community Candlelight Vigil being held in Franklin, TN.
