Series II Set-Top Box Activation

Now that you have received the new Series II set-top box(es), you're ready to begin the activation process. The equipment does not need to be plugged in to begin activating the new set-top box(es).

Please see below for what items or pieces of information are necessary in order to complete the activation process and then call 1 (866) 759-2448 Mon-Sat from 10AM to 6:30PM EST to activate your new box.





Make sure to have the following items in front of you before you begin the activation process. Your equipment does not need to be plugged in for the activation of your new set-top box(es) to take place.

Your Series II set-top box(es) that you just received and the cables, wireless adapter and User Guide
Your Series I set-top box(es)
Information related to your wireless Internet including your ESSID and WEP Key (if applicable)
