Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions

1. The one-month subscription fee credit applies to monthly payment plans for the Sky Angel television service. [This program is currently not available for the Sky Angel WebTV subscription service].
   
2. Subscribers on monthly payment plans will see the one-month subscription fee credit applied in the first monthly payment following the month in which the subscriber's friend or family member ordered Sky Angel using the subscriber's RAF Code. If the existing subscriber has more than one friend or family member order Sky Angel using their RAF Code, the one-month credits earned will be applied 1 per month in each monthly payment until all one-month credits have been applied.
   
3. Offer expires on 12/31/2011.
   
4. Credit for Refer A Friend referrals valid only for orders from new Sky Angel customers.
   
5. There is a limit of 5, one-month credits per existing subscriber, per offer period.
   
6. For subscription plans that are billed monthly, one-month credits are for monthly subscription fees only and excludes any additional VOD transaction fees, premium channel fees, etc. that may apply under that subscription plan.
   
7. Any unapplied earned monthly subscription credits have no monetary value after termination of the existing customer's subscription.
   
8. New customers must remain a subscriber in good standing for 6 months following the new customer order.
   
9. All Sky Angel services provided are subject to the Sky Angel Terms of Service.
